Actually, after looking watching that commercial and hearing little bits about it, I am... slightly interested in this game. Pikmin and rhythm sounds kinds interesting. To bad that commercial spent most of its time focusing on completely irrelevant BACONBACONBACONBACON. Any more info on the game out there?

Also, Tomly, at least when it comes to gas prices, just because they are even worse somewhere, does not mean that they are not bad here. It just means that they are worse somewhere.

Anyways, anything you can say about Orgarhythm?
When it's slow, I check this site. Sssh. And not much more than what I've seen on sites like Andriasang and Silicon Era.

Let's hope for a hit!
To me, as I said above, the most interesting thing about this is the fact that this is Tak Hirai's company making it. He was the lead programmer behind Shenmue, Space Channel 5, Meteos, and other games. So I don't know how well it'll work in the US- he's said that people have had a difficulty grasping the concept at first in Japan as well. But the fact that he's taking on the idea to do something unique with the Vita is great, and I would love to support breaking out of the mold and trying something different and potentially risky.

All I know about it is that you play a god that controls the actions of a number of units through positioning and rhythm. So while people bring up 'Pikmin,' I keep thinking that this may be more like Patapon in a 3D environment, with an RTS twist to it. And to be honest, the video is a concept/teaser video. I wouldn't expect something like that to really delve into gameplay. (But that music. omg. If that's anything like the music in the game...)

Apparently, people will have the chance to get their own music added to the game as DLC. I expect more regarding this will be announced later but if there are any musicians on this forum you might want to look out for it.

That's an interesting story, but I still have to watch the gameplay.

Here's a preview of the game. Doesn't really say that much about the game though. I agree that more info and gameplay is needed to make my interest rise.

XSEED's already got their hands on a playable demo, maybe they could record a video.

    I'm getting a definite Pikmin/Patapon vibe here.

Hopefully it gets a better reception than Army Corps of Hell.
