Wii - Pandora's Tower

There are exceptions, generally guaranteed multimillion sellers. Fire Emblem wouldn't really fit that, so they'll probably announce it sometime late this year in a Nintendo Direct, or early next year. Will probably be out next Spring since it's a 2012 title in Europe.

This is probably old news, but according to Kotaku, Xseed might be making some new announcements in a month or two. Source.

I have my fingers crossed that this ends up being one of them.

The key word on there was "sequels" though. Although this is part of the Wii JRPG "trilogy", it's not a sequel. My guess is the announcement of Ys IV and Corpse Party Book of Shadows.

Well, I'd still be pretty happy with Corpse Party Book of Shadows. I loved the original, after all.

I won't give up hope just yet though! If The Last Story does well, there's still a chance! D:

Oh I want to beg Xseed to pick up Pandora's Tower so bad......Its actually the game I want most out of the three (went Pandora's Tower,The last Story and then Xenoblade) but as time drags on im having less and less faith its going to be localised and then I just want to smack myself for not pre ordering the EU limited edition and...pooh

During the Q&A with Jessica Chavez from Xseed on Kotaku today, she said that there currently were no plans for bringing over Pandora's Tower. So, I thought maybe I could give this thread a bump to show that there's still people who would want to play this game. I only hope that if The Last Story performs well, this may be considered. :P

They've been pretty consistent on that point between various interviews so short of The Last Story GREATLY exceeding their expectations, it just doesn't seem like a title they want to handle for one reason or another. Supporting The Last Story couldn't hurt those chances any though.

Pandora's Tower is similar to the Ys series in quite a few ways, specially the dungeon-crawling aspect. This is right up XSEED's alley, if they'd be willing to negotiate with Nintendo to release yet another Nintendo Wii game.
