I just got control of it. Anyways, word to the wise. When they do hand you over the reigns...SAVE first before you go exploring...;-;

You gain access to it early on in Chapter 9.

Thank you, I was trying to piggyback on Chapter 8, and I thought I did something wrong because I didn't have access to the Accel mode.
