Tales of Graces F Discussion

Well another reason I don't like it is because my tolerance for J-pop has plummeted over the years.

I love how colorful this game is. I don't know if it's because so many recent games are shades of gray, or if it's colorful even for a Tales game, but this seems extra colorful to me, and it's wonderful.

I disliked Vesperia's opening a lot...it just wasn't.....catchy i guess? Graces F's opening is great IMHO, but that's just me, i've heard plenty of people go on about how bad it is.

I liked this opening more than I did more Vesperia's but yeah if you get tired of J pop style songs. You might not like it.

The English version of White Wishes isn't nearly as good as the original one. I don't hate it this version, but I don't care much for it while I really like the Japanese one.

I have to agree I liked the Japanese one better too.

The costumes are fine but the music is bad so you won't be on the costumes? ><

So i guess my friend got curious after he saw me going on about Tales of Graces F and a few others, so he GameFly'd the game to try it out. After an initial "it's too cartoonish" impression, he's decided he liked the game enough to get used to that particular aspect about it and keep playing it. I was a bit disappointed by his impression of the game, but at the same time i have to admit it's true and he at least will keep going with it, whether he see's it all the way through to the end or not, is another story, so we shall see.

On another note, i've been doing side quests/sub events/inn requests today, i've learned all skills for all the titles i've earned so far with Cheria, Huebert, Malik and Pascal, i guess it's time to move on with the story huh? I'm over at the beginning of Chapter 5 right now

I just completed Chapter 3! I'm also happy to report that I didn't miss an inn request after all! It reappeared later on!
