IF all else fails. You can buy the japanese version. That would beg another question from me. Is it possible to register the japanese version on steam and turn it in to an english one? I am really doubting that would happen due to falcom needing to provide the keys to steam though.
I may be blinded and misunderstood by society. But I see things that other people do not see. Knowledge is power but also creates insanity. Respect the decisions made by other people and they will respect yours. I am now called "therpgfan" on other websites now.
Is it really so hard to buy off of Steam? It's currently an amazing service, and for the most part the complaints of yore have been dealt with. The great majority of my game purchases these days is off of Steam, and it has unique value in that it drives publishing costs way down, permitting small projects like this one to be profitable (no offense to the good people working on it!).
Is there a option that you coud pick to tick off widescreen on or off?
If movie files gets stretched i woud imagine it woud displease some and those will probably accept to play with black borders around the game screen
or minimized window.
No idea if it can be wery easily spotted though.
I guess il just have to wait and see?

Xbox 360 controller work well with these?
Figure I should just quip in and mention the translation itself is done, with zwei!!'s translation nearly so. Just been waiting to relaxed it due to not having the art edited over and other undisclosed reasons.Originally Posted by Grimmy;
There is also a purported translation being done for Zwei II+. Evidence is here: [url

Now wait, a Steamy Question here: When I buy one of these games, will it be only usable on my account? Say, would I be able to let my boyfriend have his own save file on his Steam account?

It will only work on the account it's purchased on. The games have like 99 save slots so it shouldn't be a problem. Unlockables are part of the main save though so if you unlock the third character in Origin before he plays it, for example, he'd have that character too.
None123: 'Fraid not -- though if nothing else, Japanese savegame files should be compatible with the English version, so any progress you make in the Japanese version of the game (or unlockables you get, provided you know the right files to copy over) should carry over just fine.
Lodium: Yes, both games support "stretch" widescreen, so as long as you don't mind the stretching, that's always an option. We're looking into the possibility of offering true widescreen in a future patch, but it would only apply to regular gameplay -- backgrounds and character sprites would be in true widescreen, but character portraits, the UI and all movies would still be stretched, so if you're as picky as I am, you'll still end up playing in 4:3.
Macstorm: Falcom's PC games are all set up to work with any Windows-compatible gamepad right off the bat. You'll need to take a moment to do button configuration (or just accept whatever defaults each game assigns), but aside from that, you should have no problem using a 360 controller.
Dusty: What Chaosblade said.
