Nope. They're awful. I sent a whole ton of stuff home from Japan back when I studied abroad. 3/4 of it was missing, and half of what I did get was broken or torn in pieces. And some of the stuff that did come in my box wasn't even stuff I sent. A ton of books in....Russian for example...

Apparently mentioned by a Nintendo employee on a private blog, according to a post I read on IGN. (Yeah I know reliable right?) Operation rainfall will be mentioned in the credits of the NA release of the game.

That would be pretty nice. It would harken back to the old days of gaming when credits would end their Special Thanks roll with something like "...and you!"
