The game doesn't sound "fullish" for me, it looked like a PSN title from the get-go and it doesn't have a platinum trophy.

I hope it's not a loss for XSEED, and if it is, I hope it's not a big one.

Playing a game in a language you fully understand is so mainstream.
Hope will never die because in our times of despair, hope is the warmth that we all have that we can share. No matter how much life seems to hurt, stand up and never give up. Fight it and come back VICTORIOUS!!!
Whenever our souls feel in pain. We intertwine and make a miracle. The miracle that is our love.

The price is VERY approachable. Alot of people thought it would be a full $40 retail game. But Sumioni is in a precarious position considering the type of game and it's content. It's too good to be a DD only game but not quite good enough to be a retail game. I think meeting in the middle like XSEED did by putting it as a higher priced DD only game was a good choice.
The price seems pretty good to me. I was hoping for $20, but wasn't really expecting it, so it's a nice surprise. I am disappointed that it's DD only. I would've been willing to pay more for that, but considering circumstances, XSEED probably made the right choice.
Anyways, so the price is right, but I'll still have to read up/watch reviews and videos. I'm mainly concerned about the difficulty and repetitiveness (if at all). I've watched a fair number of videos, but I gotta be honest, they all look the same, and from what I've gathered the game gets really hard at the end, with only one shot to get the ending you want, lest you start the game from the beginning, makes things sound like they may get frustrating (even if a playthrough is short, having to replay even 1 hour will feel tedious).
If those fears can be laid to rest, I'm in.
About the platinum trophy, it's not only something I keep track of, but a lot of people that owns either a PS3, a Vita or both. There's more people than you think, and while it doesn't make it a bad decision for me, I expected that the most expensive DD-only title would have one. It doesn't, that's already something bad (for me) to consider.
About the pricing, if it was retail, they could've priced $30 or $40 and I'd probably get it, because that's the price of retail games (with the exception of Uncharted), it'd be rivaling other games of that same price-tag, but being DD-only and $20, not only it's trying to rival all DD-only games, but it's already the most expensive of them, even if it was retail in Japan.
