The game doesn't sound "fullish" for me, it looked like a PSN title from the get-go and it doesn't have a platinum trophy.

Regardless of whether it is a digital title or not, this is a legitimately terrible attitude toward video games.
Trophies are not an indicator of a games quality and they are not required for enjoyment.
It may be an opinion that you need them, but that opinion is wrong.

It's too good to be a DD only game but not quite good enough to be a retail game.

I'd like to know what criteria you are using to measure that ridiculous statement with.
Sumioni was one of the games I was looking forward to the most, next to Gravity Rush.

Exactly. If I say "Bacon is bad" and you say "Bacon is good" it doesn't make it good or bad.

And that's why, even when people say that $20 is reasonable, I don't actually tell them that they're wrong, I just point out that it'll be the most expensive Vita DD-only title to date. That can be something bad for me, and doesn't mean anything to them.
