Also, very interesting; I have heard of that, but I have never tried it. What type of wine?

White for sure, and something dry since apricots are already pretty sweet. I'd personally recommend a sauvignon blanc. That also be happens to be mostly bottled in Cali, so you'd probably be able to get some very nice bottles locally. :3

Anyways, for dinner last night I had a tuna salad sandwich (Tuna, Mayo, Chopped Green Onion, and Pickle Relish), topped with creole seasoning and romain lettuce, with some celery on the side. :3

Sounds delicious!

I pan fried some lean ground turkey and chopped bell peppers, and added 1/2 cup of ketchup, 1/3 cup of vinnegar, 1/4 cup of brown sugar, and some misc. spices to create some homemade sloppy joes. Served on some fresh Sourdough bread with some romain and a slice of pepper jack cheese. Yum yum!

Also, that reminds me, at least one nice thing about living in Calfornia, real sourdough bread. :3 I have been told that it only exists in California... which I personally find odd, but it at least makes me like the state a little more.

I used yellow since they're (imo) a bit sweeter, it's a nice contrast to the sloppy joe sauce. Real sourdough? Have I been eating fake sourdough this whole time? lol ; ;

I'll keep that in mind. :3 Thank you. Oh, and, that is what I have been told, evidently. X3 However, the guy who made that sourdough remark was also going to vote for Meg Whitman in the 2010 Election for the Governor of California, so maybe he was not in his right mind. I suppose that I will have to see more myself when I finally leave California. Yep, never left Cali... even So Cal... this depresses me.
