A box of Ferrero Rocher. I am addicted to these.

Gin! First off, can you tell me the curry recipe that you were making? I really want to get into cooking that. :3 And cooking more often in general. Also, I am just happy that I am not the only person who dances while cooking. X3

Speaking of not cooking, the last thing I had was a big slice of Costco Pepperoni Pizza. :3

I just kinda go with whatever I can find on google and only use it as a general guideline.

This is what I used, but I changed a few things around to suit my situation and what I had on hand. http://www.seriouseats.com/recipes/2...ch-recipe.html

I only used 1 small onion, and chopped it into as tiny pieces as I could get, and made sure it was absolutely carmelized when I sauteed them, cause I can't stand the taste of onions, but they're kinda necessary in this form to get the curry right. I didn't have any carrots, so I used an extra potato, and I didn't have any cayennes, so I used just a bit of chilli powder.

Instead of 1 of the 4 cups of water I used a can of coconut milk cause it helps the flavor a bit and in thickening. I did some of the steps for making the roux, but I just mixed a tablespoon of garam masala with a tablespoon of red curry powder, the ketchup, worcestshire sauce, the chilli powder, and some black pepper and mixed them as is with a little bit of rice flour that I had on hand, and just tossed that mix into the pot when I was towards the end. I also used some of those roux bricks they sell in stores.

At the end, after mixing in the roux stuff, I brought it back up to a real quick boil and tossed in some soba noodles I've had sitting around for a while until they got soft.

Overall it ended up like more of a stew than a curry, but the flavor was still about right, and I'll be eating the rest for lunch tomorrow.

Edit: I also only used 2 chicken breasts, instead of 2 pounds. 2 pounds is a LOT of meat.

You can really add just about whatever you want to it, as long adjust for cooking time and the like. Certain meats and veggies cook faster or slower than others.
