Hmmmm, I'm trying to figure out what that is... It almost looks like some sort of pancake, or a big quiche...
Google tells that it's Tortilla ŕ la Payesa.
So yes, what is it?

Hope will never die because in our times of despair, hope is the warmth that we all have that we can share. No matter how much life seems to hurt, stand up and never give up. Fight it and come back VICTORIOUS!!!
Whenever our souls feel in pain. We intertwine and make a miracle. The miracle that is our love.

It's the same in Canada. Think about maltodextrine. It's a powder use to fill up the space. Think about ALL that is sold as powder. There is maltodextrine in that to give the impression that you are buying something AND of course to disperse the spices, otherwise it would be a pain to useI think the worst allergy would be corn, because we pump that into LITERALLY everything

Well, I'm biased as broccoli is easily my favourite vegetable so long as it hasn't been boiled into sogginess (who would commit such a crime?!), but yes I would use the word delicious!
I chuck the florets into boiling water for 30 seconds, immediately plunge them into cold water, then fry them for a few minutes in very hot sesame oil with the finely chopped ginger (heating the wok first of course). When I start frying, I sprinkle sesame seeds and sometimes add a simple sauce. Usually, I use soy sauce with a little rice wine and corn flour.
I'm not averse to brocolli and cheese combinations, but I do like the above recipe, especially if the ginger is fresh.
Gummy bears right now XD
Fedaykin :L I prefer to put them in the microwave with at most 1 mm of water in a big bowl and cook for 1-2 minutes. Crispy enough, tender enough![]()
