This is my last S-rank at Kerikil. I caught one on my way to champion but it was only a D. I am trying the lure method now. Has anyone been successful using the lure on the LEFT grassy area? I may give that a try as my first Both was caught with Rainbow on the left one. Does anyone know the significance of the swan there on the right one? Is he the 90ft marker to get your bearings! LOL! Seems real close to me!

I am still being more successful with the upstream (left) grassy marsh. Still trying for S! I have caught 7 in about a week of game fishing - caught 2 As in one day! Lure is not working so well for me. Hopefully the S is not too long now bit at least it is a 'ranking' location for the next 2 weeks! LOL!

I don't know if this was confirmed already, but I actually saw the Bothriolepis in the water in front of the southern grassy marsh (to the left of the goose). It disappeared right after I saw it, but there was no mistaking it. I still need to S-rank it too, but I'm working on non-legendary fish right now.

Absolutely correct sdw! I have seen it there too. But I was not able to catch one there. I caught all of mine in the Northern (upstream) grassy location about 87-90 ft out. I did get my S yesterday (YAY!!!) after about 2 weeks of in game days! I caught a total of 9 to get the S!

Try casting a small or medium rod there. sometmes the fish just resurfaces after a while, and it bites. (caught my 15th alligatr gar like that. LOL)

Bothriolepis is my last fish and I've been alternating between the upstream and downstream grassy marshes, but based on what everyone's saying here I'll stick with the upstream marsh.
