I'm not sure if Xseed can answer that today since they just announced it but knowing them I'm pretty sure they will have an option for Japanese voices with English subtitles. I wanna see who they choose for their voice actors.

Well, let's wait until the European version is released. If it has Japanese voices there, it's possible we'll have Japanese voices over here, too.
For the record, the European version does not have the Japanese voice track.
It's not inconceivable that XSEED could add in the voice track for the US release, but I wouldn't plan on it, since it'd require extra programming effort and licensing fees, assuming it'd even fit on the disc; apparently even withough the Japanese voices, it still takes a dual-layer disc to hold it all.
It's not too likely for those reasons. Although of course I'm all over the game and would prefer the Japanese track because that's how I roll, on the other hand those licensing fees (and they're prohibitive with most casts) for a niche game are pretty significant.Originally Posted by Minneyar
It'd be nice to have the Japanese voices as an option, but reports are the European dub is pretty good. I'm not concerned about the "intregrity of the original work" in this case since Mistwalker & Sakaguchi seem to have been heavily involved with the EU localization.
