    PSP games playable on Vita at launch unveiled (North America, DD Haters Welcome!)

    275 games at launch. With "more to come"... right... just like the 360 always had more BC updates to come.

    So for those of you who have been buying PSP games digitally how many of yours will carry over? For me its 9 out of 30. Awesome huh? 9 out of 47 if I counted UMD games. What a spectacular start!

    Oh and by the way...

    Compatible XSeed games:
    - Corpse Party
    - Dungeon Maker Hunting Ground
    - Half-Minute Hero
    - Lunar: Silver Star Harmony
    - The Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky
    - Wild Arms XF
    - Ys Seven
    - Ys: The Oath in Felghana

    Incompatible XSeed games:
    - Brave Story: New Traveler
    - Valhalla Knights
    - Valhalla Knights 2: Battle Stance
    - Ys: I & II Chronicles

    Guess that pricedrop on Ys I & II wasn't to entice new Vita owners!

    Yeah. I now have to buy Ys I&II Chronicles before its too late.

    It will hopefully be supported later, it's just not on their 275 game launch list. I wonder if that means there are emulation issues or they just haven't bothered checking it yet. And Trails could have implications on the future of the series if it there are issues that can't be fixed for whatever reason.

    Any idea if any of those unsupported games are up in Japan? I know none of Falcom's games were in the UMD "transfer" program, but I don't know if any were available to download on Vita at launch.

    Interesting. It is indeed listed on the blog post now. However it certainly was not when I was combing through it. They may be editting and updating the post further as we speak. Also people with Vitas are claiming that many games not listed do work.
