Well, they announced Blazblue CS2 in Nintendo Power too, but they brought it over for both 3DS and PSP, so I'm sure this will be the same, except 3DS and PSV.

Removed Extreme Escape Adventure sense Nintendo Power has announced its US release.
Well the only 2 games I'm worried about right now are Beyond the Labyrinth and Pokemon x Nobunaga's Ambition. Which the latter is for DS but well close enough. xD I hope if Konami doesn't bring Labyrinth stateside that XSEED could possibly bring it over themselves. It was one of the games that really caught my attention when the 3DS was first shown at E3 2010.
Pokemon x Nobunaga's Ambition may get localized either way, but it'd be nice to have XSEED as a back up just on the off chance there'd be trouble bringing it over.
Other than that for DS and 3DS I think we're pretty well set (I see Square Enix's games coming period).
