The biggest problem of playing a japanese/asian copy of Ragnarok Odyssey, other than you won't know what quest you'd be taking, are the cards you get. That's a huge aspect of both Ragnarok Online and Ragnarok Odyssey, and without japanese knowledge, it'd be pretty hard to play the game.

Yeah the fun part of Ragnarok and Ragnarok Odyssey where the cards and unless you can get passed the language barrier its going to be difficult with the game. Though it still is fun to experiment with things in the demo.

So, what's new with the game? Any new DLCs, updates?
So far Expansion 2 came out recently on April 26th and I haven't heard of anything else.
Expansion 2? What is it like? Also, I heard someting would be released in March. What was it?
The March update was Expansion 1 which added Full on Infrastructure Multiplayer, the screenshot function, and near support for trading items and cards. Expansion 2 added the Desert Map from Ragnarok Online, 10 new monsters, and 10 new quests. It's also increasing the variation of monsters in dungeons as the variation was kinda low pre-expansion.
Hopefully if this does come out here it'll have the expansions packed in.
Well we still have Expansion 3 to go through so we might have to wait until expansion 3 does come out to have it all packed into the cart. If not then we might get it as dlc or something which is okay with me.
