They could do Ragnarok like Way of the Samurai 4 is being done and make it digital download only. It would save money where the physical case, "printing", and the like is involved. I think it wouldn't hurt it much, if at all since Sony is really pushing the digital sales over hard copies for the Vita anyways.

They do DD-only for titles they consider a risk, but for anything that isn't, like Ragnarok, that would do nothing but cut into a LOT of potential sales for them.
