Yes, and as much as I'd want to believe it's Ragnarok Odyssey, I think it's Unchained Blades Rexx.

The word "Ragnarok" comes from Norse mythology and in this mythology there was a snake so long that it reached all around the world. The myth of this snake obviously stems from the dinosaurs and those clever BACONBACONBACONBACONBACONBACONBACONs at XSEED are obviously aware of this and using it as their first clue. Or something. Or maybe not.

I really hope this gets localized though and there is a huge demand for RPGs for the Vita and I have seen many people asking about RPGs for the system. I'm a huge Phantasy Star Portable fan and this reminds me a bit of it so I'd pick it up without hesitation.

Didn't they announce a new Phantasy Star Online for the Vita? If it is like the DC ones it could be really good!

They did, but for now, only in Japan.

I Want This!! :|, I really tempted to buy the Japanese version just to play this... but I can't read Japanese... regretting now why don't I learn Japanese before... lol
Anyway I hope they make English version of this.
