Anyways, I'm sure it's been talked about a hundred times, but who's getting a Vita, and with what games?
I'm getting it with Gravity Rush (whether it's the bundle or not depends on if Gravity Rush needs a memory card). I'll be picking up Uncharted when it drops in price. That's it for launch. Don't think Dragon's Crown/Escape Plan/Disgaea 3 will make it for launch.

Looking back on the PSP, 3-4 years after launch was probably a good time to get the PSP, but I just can't wait that long with the Vita. So many games I like are coming out for it, and it just seems like the ultimate handheld. There's nothing holding it back. Plus, the games will have trophies!
Thought about making this topic, but I'd have totally been trolling with my thread title. Something about memory cards and paid backward compatibility.
Anyway, Wipeout and Ys 4. Also interested in the Tales game if it turns out any good this time (because apparently the original was terrible), and I'll probably get Uncharted eventually. SumiOni looks neat too, but like I said in that other thread I'm not really sold on it yet. Edit: Oh, and Gravity Rush looks cool, I'll probably get that too. And maybe Escape Plan, but that looks more like a cheaper PSN game than a full retail game?

I don't have much to say about it except I'll be getting it and all but maybe one or two of the launch titles day one come February. The launch line-up is definitely the best in recent years for any system since probably the Dreamcast. I really hope Gravity Rush makes the U.S. launch since it will be a release title for the European launch. Other then that I will be enjoying the system and waiting for Dragon's Crown in N.A. and Persona 4: The Golden & Y's IV in Japan for import.
Oh and I hope Sony doesn't take too long getting the Vita a firmware update to support component cables so, I can stream Vita games on my channel.
I'm get one after it gets about 6 or so games I want for it, basically once it proves its actually worth buying.
I'm guessing it'll take about a year.
The only game I am looking forward to is New Little King's Story, and that has yet to be announced for America -- therefore I do not have a reason to own a PlayStation Vita just yet. If it is anything like with me and the PSP, which I bought back in 2009, 4 years after it has been released; I'll purchase the system when there is about 10 games that I really want to own on it. Therefore I can see myself purchasing the Vita maybe late 2012 to 2013.
