Downloading new fish?

Hi, I'm currently in love with this game and was hoping for some help as to how to download new fish into it as it states in the manual, any help would be awesome! GO GO FISHING RESORT!!

Karsukoro, fish will be downloaded if you have a internet connection. Setup your internet connection and thats all you need.

The white sturgeon breaks my line every time...I'm using the 2 star XL rod & reel with rainbow bait. I read that you need the titan/infinity rod & reel, but those are not an option at the store.

Do they need to be downloaded???

You receive the 3 star rod/reel when you complete all of the quests. You can only download new fish; more like unlock them actually.
