Went to my brother's college graduation yesterday and it was really well-done. I was also surprised at the efficiency. They got through roughly 1000 graduates, calling each individual person's name, in about two hours. And those two hours include the entire ceremony, speeches and everything.
They also get bonus points for ja.zzing up Pomp and Circumstance.
