They could certainly go for more highly detailed sprites, but I did love how expressive they were for such limited graphics sprites. Hell, isn't Gust also a notoriously small company?

Gust is made up of like 15 people. I think if 15 people can manage stuff like Totori and Meruru, Team Grisgris should be able to up the ante a bit too, especially given the seeming boom in popularity the Corpse Party franchise has experienced. From Blood Covered to Book of Shadows, and several different manga series.

Atelier games sells over 70k on the first week, once a year, while Corpse Party sells 15k on the first week, once every two~three years. Even if they're also a 15 people crew, their budgets would be way smaller than Gust.

Vanillaware is made up about 20 people whom are all artists. :P
You should see their games. Art is lovely.

Indie companies are where all unique good stuff are from. Without them it's like the usually jrpg, fighters and fps.

Going to the blood drive to give blooooood...But better go to library to get the Book of Shadows first. :|

I really hope Corpse Bride: Blood Drive come to the United States.
Corpse Party is now my favorite horror video game next to the Clock Tower series. We need more horror games like these, seriously. ^__^

By the way, does anyone know what Corpse Party: Blooddrive will be about? I really want to know.

Other than that video posted on this topic, there're no news whatsoever. We should expect for news next year, I think Team GrisGris is still waiting to see Book of Shadows reactions and sales numbers.
