    Spike + Chunsoft merger

Sense there has been some talk about Spike lately in the suggestions forum (Conception thread), I thought some of you might find this interesting: http://andriasang.com/comyye/

Chunsoft are the developers behind "999: Nine Hours, Nine Persons, Nine Doors" on DS, "Shiren the Wanderer" on Wii, and the upcoming Vita game "Extreme Escape Adventure".

I don't think any of Spikes games have been localized though they've made some really neat ones like Dangan Ronpa and Gachitora.

Wow, quite a lot of merges. First was Acquire and Gungho, now it's Spike and Chunsoft. I hope this benefits XSEED instead of hurting them.

Kenka Bancho! <3 I have the PS2 version, but the choices that popped up were always too fast for me to read, so I just went around beating up old people.

For some reason, I have it in my head that Spike are associated with the Way of the Samurai games, but I'm not sure if I'm right about that.

    You are correct.

Interesting merger indeed! Both are great companies, so I look forward to seeing what sorts of havoc they can wreak together.

I had the exact same thing for me, but it seems that the only connection is that Spike's the franchise's publisher in Japan.
