    ugh, this has become a tradition it seems.[past 12 years now it seems, and each year it gets worse]
    i try to hit the sack, in order to wake up early for work, and lo and behold,some random neibour decides to make a racket until the small hours of the night[ or morning rather]
    how am i supposed to have a schedule and healthy sleep /:
    and this place i live at is considered a "quiet" area.
