Brave Story was awesome (check out the novel it really adds to story and guest characters)! It was my favorite PSP title along side Popolocrois, that is until Trails came out.

Wild Arms 5 was pretty nice too, but I still have mixed feelings for 4.

I remember xseed conducting a survey for Media.Vision after Wild Arms 4 (I think?) came out. Were you guys ever somewhat involved with the development cycle of 5/XF, or were you simply providing the results as a western viewpoint for them? I'd love to see a Wild Arms 6!

i thought Wild ARMs 4 was pretty fun, but yeah the fifth one was leaps and bounds better.

and Brave Story is awesome. it deserves all the praise it gets and then some.

Did you ever finished the 4th one? If so then I recommend you do. I didn't really like it at first since it was a RPG platform (Also one of the reasons I couldn't get into Valkyrie Profile), but after sucking it up and deciding to finish it, I found the story to be one of the better ones in the series, despite it being the most different next to XF.

I not only thank them for localizing Wild Arms games, but Shadow Hearts: From the New World, Brave Story, Fragile Dreams, Ys, and Legend of Heroes. :)

As much as I liked Wild ARMs. 4 had to much jumping in for me but even with that I did like the game along with Shadow Hearts and Brave Story.

One of my favorite RPG series, so I'm glad that Xseed picked it up after Sony stopped being cool and publishing RPGs themselves. smh, why you hate RPGs Sony? ): Not like they promote them to the level of FPS anyway, they didn't do much for WKC as I recall and then a 3rd party had to bring over WKC2.

WA: 5 was a return to form of the old PSX days. The secrets, bosses, extra content, open world map... Sheer brilliance!!! I played it on my old BC PS3 and clocked like 175 hours into it. There are few games that actually hold my interest that long.

I would sell my kidneys for a Wild Arms 3/4/5 HD collection. I know XSEED only has clout (if any) over 4/5, but still. Heck even a rerelease on PSN. Throw in Shadow Hearts: FTNW. That was the best of the series and a craaaBACONBACONBACONzzzzzy JRPG. The bro-loving vampire and his tower of pro wrestlers? Never have I seen such camp. And it wasn't offensive, merely hysterical. Last boss in that game was ace too. I still remember that giant red orb and the shrieking when the boss did its super-move. So much content in all the aforementioned games. Shame that now its mostly broken up and resold as DLC.
