Anime Expo is nigh upon us and it's time to unveil some of the goodness that will be on display! This year is our first to have a goodies booth, and so we're wheeling out the big guns.

Presenting... Huge Collectible Display Banners! And signed Ivy the Kiwi boards (by Yuji Naka)!

----Giant Collectible Display Banners----

We will have 5 of these monster display banners up for grabs at our booth this July 1-4th! Each banner depicts one of our previously released games and is taller than most staff members (as you might recall from previous photos of the banners). To score yourself the ultimate take-home gaming souvenir you can participate in one of two ways:

1) Some of the banners will be awarded as a raffle prize open to anyone who spends $50 or more at the booth. Load up on tons of gaming loot and be entered for free to take an even bigger treasure home!*

2) For a bit of competitive bidding fun, some of the banners will be up for silent auction starting at $20. Each bid must be made in $5 increments (example: first bid is $20, anyone wishing to bid higher must bid $25 or more, etc), so get your bid in early!**

* Winners of the display banner raffle prizes will be chosen randomly at 5pm each day from July 1-3rd and written on the whiteboard. Participants may check the whiteboard after 5pm to see if they are the winner. Winners will be able to claim the prize until 12pm the following day. An alternate will also be selected in case the ticket is still not claimed at that time. Winners must claim their prize at the booth.
**The highest bidder of the silent auction at 5pm on the day of the auction will win the banner. The winning bid and name of winner will be displayed on the whiteboard, as well as the 2nd highest bidder. The winner will be contacted by staff. Winners have until 12pm the following day to claim the prize. Should the highest bidder fail to claim the prize, the second highest bid of the day will be eligible to claim the banner. Bidders must come to the booth to claim their prize.

----Signed Ivy the Kiwi boards (by Yuji Naka)----

Signed by the creator himself, these display boards will be awarded to the lucky winners of our Ivy Draw! The Ivy Draw is a free raffle open to anyone who purchases a copy of Ivy the Kiwi (Wii or DS) at Anime Expo. Present your Ivy game to a staff member and be entered to win one of 2 signed image boards.

Winners for the Ivy Draw will be selected at random on July 2nd at 5pm (1 prize) and July 3rd at 5pm (1 prize). The winning numbers for each draw day will be displayed on the whiteboard. Participants may check the whiteboard after 5pm to see if they are the winner. Winners may claim their prize until 12pm the following day. An alternate will also be selected in case the ticket is still not claimed at that time.

My mind aches with the announcement of all this awesome stuff, knowing I won't be able to lay down ridiculously large wads of cash to compete for all of it... Oh XSEED, you hurt me so with your giant out-of-reach banners and adorable signed Ivy the Kiwi boards... If anyone down there wants to bid in my stead, PM the hell out of me.

Oh, and future idea for competition to obtain special goodies, Wall-Crushing. Set up some walls at your booth, and give stuff to whoever can break the most. Be sure to have them sign some sort of liability thing though in case hands and/or heads get shattered.

These particular ones are a bit out of the ordinary, but I'd love a more traditional poster. Will we ever see it? Eh. Hopefully we get a say no to walls shirt at some point!

Ys and Sky Crawlers! YES. Sure, I live on the west coast, but I can't fly down to LA. I would totally buy these posters though...

Oh Xseed... you heartbreakers. I want to buy your merch, why must you show me awesome things that I can't have?

I don't suppose there's any chance of ever being able to get one of those Solatorobo or Ys banners outside of AX? Because I would do terrible things for one. Terrible, terrible things.

I would probably also bid a lot of money.
