Yes, The Dark Riders dropped them for me on the 7th or 8th floor. It's the floor that is divided into two sections by a vertical wall running down the center. The western half is a maze full of those nasty little moving arrows and the eastern half is full of Darkness and Anti-spell zones. Either way, you can use the 2nd level mage arcane map spell until you find one; you still register all the moves you made through the previous floors so you don't have to rerun each floor for map completion. hopefully you find it before you try the eastern half of the maze :)
