Lost

I've been watching Lost (on DVD; never saw it when it originally aired) for a few years now, and I'm currently rewatching the fifth season before I finally move on to the last season. This show has been awesome from the beginning, and though there have been some bad episodes, and even some bad stretches of episodes, the series has been great overall. Sure, it becomes really convoluted (the fifth season is ridiculously convoluted and makes even the third and fourth seasons seem straightforward), but that's part of the fun. It's almost funny how ridiculous the plot becomes, and while I think it's really good I can't help but laugh when I sit back and actually think about just how convoluted everything is. It's just plain fun for me to watch.

Aside from the awesome plot, I also love the characters. Sure, there are plenty who are jerks, but even the jerks have at least a couple of likeable qualities. The characters are the main reason why I think the show is as good as it is. The plot may be great, but I wouldn't like it nearly as much as I do if it weren't for the characters and the awesome job the actors do.

I loved Lost and even now, it's still awesome. However, lots of people sure were mad about the ending. I found that it worked. I liked how it was unexpected and not a typical cliche show ending (is all I'll say). I mean, for those who did hate it, what could they have possibility done to make it better themselves? I know lots were confused by it too, even though it's explained plain and simple on the last ep for you.

Yeah, lots of talk of the ending, but so many people hated it, that although they loved the show, they hated it afterwords because of it. So, you'll have to share your thoughts when you get there!

I started watching the last season, and it's pretty good so far. Although for some reason I feel like there's something missing in the transition from season 5 to season 6. I can't quite figure out what it is, but for some reason something just feels...off, and whatever it is kept me from completely enjoying the season premiere.
