With the lack of 3DS titles, the DSiWare could make a comeback with the help of Nintendo's upcoming eShop.

This game looks good, but the idea of DSi ware hurts my brain.

When you buy a license you get it only for that system. If your system craps out and you need to get a new one, tough luck, you're buying that game again! Also DSi ware prices are insane for the most part, imo anyway.

Wow, lovely art, all for a DSiware title?

Despite Ninty's AWFUL DLC policies [tied to the system only? Really, Nintendo? I mean, really?] I'd look into this if you guys picked it up. :] I'm always up for a portable RPG.

When you buy a license you get it only for that system. Not really, you can transfer DSiW games from a DSi/XL to a 3DS; and i think Nintendo is planning (next update) to let us transfer eShop games between two 3DS.

Currently cannot transfer DSi ware from DSi/XL to DSi/XL, and the transfer to a 3DS is a one-time, one-way, transfer only. Even if they allow 3DS to 3DS transfer, that only fixes the issue of electively moving to a new system. Your're still screwed if your system dies before you can transfer it off of it.
