That's... kinda my reaction too. Precooked bacon is one thing, but canned? I'd kinda question that...

It is likely freeze-dried bacon. All you do is drop it in your hydrator, press the "Bacon" button, and BAM! Hot, crispy, perfectly cooked bacon!
