What are you looking forward to?
Myself, I'm looking forward to Blue Exorcist.

I'm watching Nichijou, Hanasaku iroha, world god knows 2, tiger and bunny, and I want to see the money of soul and possibility control, and toriko. And I watched the first steins;gate...and I liked everything about it, characters and setting..just somehow felt badly adapted to me cause it felt..I dunno, choppy? I might still watch it though.
and anything I'm not watching that I hear about a lot I might check out too still!

Kaiji season 2, Steins;Gate, and C for me.
Despite the pacing problems, the first season of Kaiji was really enjoyable for me, so I've really been looking forward to the second season.
Steins;Gate I'm only looking forward to because I liked Chaos;Head (the VN to be more specific, I didn't like the anime adaptation that much), so I'm hoping that it's a decent enough adaptation for me to enjoy the story since the VN doesn't seem like it'll be translated any time soon.
C because I like the staff and it sounds interesting enough. Director of Mononoke and Kuuchuu Buranko? Yes, please!
And what Wyrdwad said. More Makoto Shinkai is always welcome.

STEINS;GATE, [C] THE MONEY OF SOUL AND POSSIBILITY CONTROL, Deadman Wonderland, and perhaps Ao no Exorcist! Toriko, too, only because it sounds JUST THAT RIDICULOUS. TIGER&BUNNY also could be interesting.
Also, several of those movies look interesting! Although, without a blurb, it's hard to say. Although yes, my vote goes to Shinkai~
.....I must say, I've never been a "slice of life" sort of person. Thankfully, there's a lot of variety, here!
EDIT: I didn't realize STEINS;GATE was a continuation of an already-existing series. Uhm, should I be concerned?

Nah. It takes place one year after the prequel, but I don't think it's referenced much. Not to mention, I don't think the anime for the prequel was too well-received.
Anyways, I've been watching Hanasaku Iroha, and Steins;Gate, mainly. There's a couple of others that I've picked out, but I don't know if I'll stick with them. Will probably check out C and Deadman Wonderland, as well.

Steins;Gate so far is following the visual novel pretty well from what I've seen of both the original material and the anime. I'm gonna stick with it because no one's really been able to explain anything to me past the first part lol.
Hanasaku Iroha I'm pretty excited about since it's not what I expected from it. I'm also gonna try to keep up with SKET Dance, The World Only God Knows 2, and Maria + Holic Alive. Gonna try out A Channel, Deadman Wonderland and Blue Exorcist as well since they sound interesting and check out a few of the OVAs/OVDs. So yea I have a full plate lol.

Funnily, I can watch a "slice of life" (?) sort of movie, or a live-action drama, but I never have felt too keen on anime in the genre. Although, would anyone say Honey & Clover is that sort of thing? Heheh. I liked the anime more than the manga, which was often very... hectic. The energy works better in the anime, I think.
I think I just like my anime to go to lengths that can't always work in live action shows. I also live with the fear that I'd be bored by a show in the "slice of life" genre, as I read books/manga, play videogames, and watch anime to leave normal life behind. Also, "slice of life" makes me think of orange slices. Mmm. I like oranges~
At that end... What can you guys say about Hanasaku Iroha?

Very slice-of-life and a coming of age story but entertaining as well. It's pretty much about your average girl named Ohana who has no idea what she wants to do and wants something exciting to happen in her life. She also has a deadbeat mom and was sent to her grandmother's inn to stay while her mom goes off on a midnight flit with her boyfriend. However, her mom and her grandmother are estranged so it's kinda awkward as well as some of the other staff being less than amicable to her arrival.
You can pretty much guess how it's probably gonna end and what's going to happen since most anime follow a particular formula depending on the genre but I think what's more important is the journey there and how they present it and I, personally, am liking it so far.
That said, there's only two episodes out so I can't really say much on it as I would like but I know I'm enjoying what I see right now. I just hope that they can keep it up. The main character Ohana is pretty awesome as well imo. She tries her hardest but is still childish in some ideas (she thinks out some scenarios as if she were in a story) but each time learns that reality isn't like that and it disappoints her which I'm sure most can relate to in some way.
I think if you try out the first episode you'll see whether or not you'll like this anime.

*Sigh*
I can't believe I'm saying this, but out of everything on that list, aside from Sora no Kiseki, what I'm looking forward to most is...
Seikon no Qwaser.

Woah. You must really like PLOT in your anime huh? Seikon no Qwaser is such a PLOT heavy series....

It's a guilty pleasure! It was such a horrible anime, but I still liked it. D:

'Bout the only title I'm actively watching is Tiger & Bunny, mostly because it's a superhero show, and I like the whole "blatant product placement" and "corporate sponsorships" idea. Y'know, like that one guy in Mystery Men who I can't remember since I only saw that movie once. The fact that it's a simulcast on Hulu is also a minor factor.
What can I say? I like superheroes.

I am liking tiger and bunny, even though its not something I'd normally watch...I laughed real hard at the "Hey I'm not a bunny!" convo they had o_o

I have to say, Seikon no Qwaser has several really interesting elements to it. Were it not for the, uh, most interesting element (and I'm not talking about the use of scientific elements for magic), I'd probably be watching it, too. You'd think a concept as cool like a badass (hot!) dude who uses Iron as a magical element would just work in all its awesome glory.
But, no, you have to add more... Eheh... Ecchi. Soma could easily be anything but... Eheh. What it is. There *is* meaning to it, but at the same time... *cough*. It borders on superfluous. Then again, the concept itself (beyond the obvious use for infants) is older than... well, Television. Heck, maybe even books. Look up the story of "Roman Charity" on Wikipedia. Even that tale isn't new, either.
And no, I didn't watch it. The, uh, interesting aspect really keeps me away.

I have no regrets. Aside from the parts that disturbed me greatly. D:

I have watched Steins;Gate but I prefer the game characters design, but I know that it's too hard to animate.
Nichijou is the only thing I plan on keeping up with.
Kaiji, Dororon Enma-kun Meramera.
I tried Nichijou and found it to be a much less funny Azumanga/Pani Poni. Infact I was pretty bored the whole way through. Dunno what else to try but Moshidora and Astarotte look interesting.

Pretty much the only show I'm following right now is Tiger & Bunny, which I like so far. I'll start watching The World God Only Knows II and the second season of Kaiji once I watch the first seasons of both.

Have a new one I'm following. That one really long title Ano Hi Mita Hana no Namae blah blah blah blah... from here on out I'm shortening it to AnoHana.
Really good but really depressing. I'm interested in seeing how it all ends.

Y'know, I totally forgot about Enma-kun.
I might give it a go, since I'm a sucker for most things Go Nagai / the late Ken Ishikawa / Dynamic Pro.

Not much in this season I'm afraid. Tiger & Bunny, Toriko, X-men and Fireball Charming. The rest are mostly moeblobs and/or slice-of-life shojo. Or childrens stuff. Suggestions about something with an actual plot are welcome.
Oh well, Madoka concluded, all is fine either way.

You're forgetting [C] and Deadman Wonderland, there. I actually ened to egt to watsching some of these for once, but college has cut into my life lately. semester's ending soon, y'see. Also, still really need to see Tiger&Bunny.
That means anime, videogames, books... all are on hold for now. ;_;

Gerdangit! After seeing one too many cute, catchy music videos and getting a girlcrush on Makoto Kikuchi, I now must watch the new iDOLM@STER anime. Somebody. Save me.
Seriously.
How did this happen? Originally, I could care less. But then Makoto came by, in all her coolness, and that VOICE. Aaaagh. Really, while I am suddenly a fan of Makoto, what I really enjoy is Hiromi Hirata's voice. ASfkjl...
The game actually sounds interesting to me, too! And I want to play it.
Also, Chihaya's voice, from what videos I've seen, is also pretty stellar~

wait wait...new idolmaster anime?! I never heard of this!

There is, there is! It's based directly on Idolmaster 2!
Meaning it's VERY CLOSE to the game's storyline. I actually want to watch Xenoglossia, if only because it has giant robots, idols, and WTF. *nodnod*
EDIT: I checked the list again, and I'm betting the Idolmaster anime was going on during winter, since I don't see it on there... But, I know it pretty much coincided with the release of the game.

Gwaaaah, I KNOW. It's also one of those anime that I might end up loving. And the scary part is, it's also one of those anime you wouldn't expect me to watch, either! BUT I WANT TO. SO BAD.
But I also need to deal with the Spring anime, too... and the spring schoolwork. -_-;
