This is a tank shmup similar to the game Granada announced for 3DS a while back. G.Rev (the developers, makers of the games Border Down, Under Defeat and Senko no Ronde) said they're trying to think of overseas release ideas and I think this would be a decent XSEED release. It could be digital only if needed.
