The review was fine 8/10

What really amused me were the "Cons" - especially the ones I bolded.
Cons :
May be a bit too long for a handheld game
The main characters can be annoying at times
Although it sounds great, the music tends to be too catchy
That music is just too darned catchy to suit me!
The first con - bit too long - reminded me of the line from Amadeus where the Emperor told Mozart that the only thing wrong with the music was that it had "too many notes".

I don't think I'll ever understand the con of "its too long". I mean, isn't that what you want, ideally? A long game?

People have short attention spans today.
Well, I think depending on the type of game being too long can be an impediment if there's no way to save conveniently (as there is here). Much though I loved it, Persona 3 Portable took me like 150 hours or some such obscene amount for my longest run through that game ever across the 3 versions. The PSP for most games (since you can pause the game by briefly raising the power switch) offers a workaround in most cases, though there's always Z.H.P. Unlosing Ranger Darkdeath Evilman, where doing that leads to an automatic death in a dungeon...Keep in mind for a lot of folks, portable gaming tends to be difficult to do for extended periods. I only play portable games (usually) for about 3 hours or less a week. If I did that with Persona 3 Portable, it would have taken me at least a year to beat the game!
As far as the music goes...really? Since when is having good music a bad thing?

Look at it this way, TitS was so good they really had to look for something to put under cons :D
Wow that's pretty crazy for some con points there. Like Ryos said, I could see how being too long could be a problem for a portable title if there was some sort of save issue. Say you had to backtrack half an hour to find an inn to save or something, but there's nothing of the sort in this game. That too catchy of music almost seems like it was put in as a joke. Reminds me of this one time at work where I got berated for finishing my project too fast. There was nothing wrong with any of my work, just the speed in which I had completed it. I looked at my boss like o_0 really? Pretty much the same look when I read those cons.

I agree with the review. I also have a problem with the game being too awesome for a handheld. When I play a handheld game, I expect to play it for 5 minutes, with subpar music and no storyline.

it's not really that long of a game i'm about 30 hrs in and on the final chapter, if ppl can't play a game that takes a long time to beat (like all good RPG's should) they should get they're attention span checked and it's on the PSP so if you have to stop playing for a bit you can just put it on sleep mode unlike consoles lol

I think the length of a game would only be a problem on a portable if you are forced to save at certain points in the game, but this game lets you save everywhere, so it's not so bad. One of the pros in that reviews is also listed as "Huge adventure in your handheld," so it's like the same thing regarding a lengthy game, except it's listed as a "pro" instead.
XD @ "the music tends to be too catchy."

Those are pretty poor cons if you ask me, an RPG too long? Kinda the point. Short RPG's (White Knight Chronicles) were dissapointing, they should have released no more then 2 games.
