So I bought Oath in Felghana a few weeks ago . It was the second YS game I've played after Ark of Napishtim (been ages since I've played it) and jesus did I struggle with Galbalan on Inferno difficulty. I counted how many tries it took me. (counted with every boss) and it was on my 262nd try that I killed him . Took me a week of tries to do it but oh God was it worth it !

How are the two optional bosses on Inferno? :)

How are the two optional bosses on Inferno?

Come now, I'd think the answer would be obvious.

EVEN HARDER.

;)

Congrats on beating Inferno mode, though -- that's something I've not even attempted to do. Normal is as high as I go! (:

I eventually won against the mysterious warrior (avoiding spoilers) and the deadly pikkard bosses on the PSP version. On the PSP, they are always nightmare and inferno respectively, with no possibility of changing the difficulty.

However, I would not have been able to do it without the hp regen of double boost. I would literally only attempt to attack when double boosted and just run around earth charging until it came up. If you manage to do it with only normal boost on the PC version, I salute you! I guess this means that the Steam release difficulty levels are actually significantly harder than the psp equivalents, given how powerful the double boost move is.

Cheers, Tom :D

The double boost is sweet for the HP regen . I wouldn't have been able to do it without it . Probably because I was fed up of grinding the skellies for upgrades for the best armor in the game. I just went in without my gear maxed and that's probably why it took so long haha.

I've beaten Inferno Galbalan and the two bonus bosses, but I can't seem to actually finish my Inferno run of the game. Stupid next-to-last boss.

I've only just beat Galbalan on "Normal", and it took me multiple tries (less than 10, I think). That was one of the tougher boss fights I've experienced. I'm not sure I can handle "Inferno".

I beat the two optional bosses... by using that handy little code that the game gives you. :]
