This sounds like a thread for the other board, but, you are correct. X3
Honestly though, despite how awesome it is, you should really try to limit your intake of it; it's just not healthy. It sucks that it is so good though. X3

Agreed, and that's where back bacon/peameal bacon comes in! nom nom!

Wot's peameal bacon? I have never heard of that one.

It's just back bacon coated with cornmeal, gives it a nice flavor.

Ooh, that sounds tastey. X3 Nom nom indeed!
Still, I can not imagine Back Bacon being all that healthy either; pork is pretty fatty. That is why we need things like chicken, and pheesh. ...Or Tofu. :3

Yea I'm sure it's still not the greatest to eat every day, its just a nice leaner alternative to full blown fatty bacon. Chicken and Fish are awesome, but Tofu?! Blarg! :p

Whadduya got against tofu? X3
Lumina

I wish I could eat it because of it's calorie/fat/protein/iron ratio, but I just can't get past the texture. Pretty much the same reason I can't eat shellfish. :(
Edit: Not that I'm saying they're similar, just that both suffer from texture issues for me.

There are different kinds of tofu, with different textures, if I remember correctly. :3 But, I can definitely understand texture issues; that is why I can not eat Menudo. X3

pork is pretty fatty
I'm sorry to say, pork isn't that fat. It always depends on which part you are eating.

Yeah, yeah... I realized that after posting... rather dumb of me, sorry. X3
Like usual, I am sleep deprived. X3
Bacon is serious business.

Bacon is serious business.
I agree the amount of delicacy required is tremendous.
My tastebuds aren't picky. Seriously I have yet to find a food I do not like.

What about Green Mouse and Telephone Ice Cream? :3
Man, I can not believe that I still remember that. Well, it's become a part of an inside joke with my boyfriend and I, so, meh.

Sorry I can't say I have ever heard of those things. I live in Puerto Rico so certain products don't come here. The cereal CocoPuffs is not available here We also miss some fruits and other more electronical devices but with that new BestBuy people sure swarmed that place to hell.

Uhm, that is not a real flavour, I hope. X3
But missing some fruits is a travesty. :( Which fruits is it?
Raguna

The fruit is just a small thing really. Just no pomegranates, eggplants (vegetable) and maybe some berries but we always have strawberry.

Well, tofu can be cooked too, ya know. I'm no fan of it raw, but aburage is really good (fried tofu). Especially in stuff like inarizushi or kitsune udon. I also really like mabo tofu, even if I'm not good with spicy foods.

I want to try tofu but no one sells it over here. They do have instant noodles though but so pricy not as cheap like the Japanese poor school student budget.

Bacon wrapped crab-bites. You cannot comprehend the awesome that it is. Then you put it in your mouth and its 10x better.

About two years ago I decided to reduce my consumption of pig products. This is after actually meeting some pigs in real life and realizing that they are really intelligent and social creatures.
Since then I have reduced my consumption by about 95% I think. I still have a slither of bacon in a breakfast roll once a year of so, or some shredded ham on a pizza if everyone else is.
Tofu is awesome because it absorbs flavor easily when you heat it up. Just fry it on some chilli oil and add it into a hotpot soup to be delicious tofu in no time.
edit: oh, and Pig sounds like "Dodgy" in Korean. So I always call them Dodgy Pigs because when they first see you they look at your suspicious before they can determine if you want to steal their leftover food or have more food for them but hiding it.
