How do you feel about them? : /

I personally have a strong dislike for them and always have. D: Every time I see one I totally freak out and it's ridiculous. D:

I completely agree! I saw one the other day and totally freaked out over it.
Luckily though I had a friend over who took care of it for me. xD

Hate 'em. They creep me out. >_>

I have a friend who loves picking on me about my arachnophobia. She thinks spiders are cute (WHAT). She hates frogs though, so I pick on her about that in retaliation. >_>

(Great, now I'm thinking about spiders... *shudder*)

I make it a personal mission to seek and destroy every spider that I notice crawling about in my room. Makes me feel safe.

In addition to spiders, I also hate bees, wasps, hornets, bumble bees, yellow jackets, and lady bugs.

Frogs don't bother me. Neither do earthworms.

How come you people can like frogs? Uuugh.
I also fear bees, wasps and hornets.

Frogs are so cute, I don't know how you could be afraid of them. :)

Gintoki

What is a frog going to do to you anyways? They can't hurt you like spiders, bees, and snakes can.

Redhorse

I like spiders, why everyone hate them? D:
They're cool and adorable and awesome...

I don't like bees though (around me anyways). I've been stung 8 times at once 'cause the tree I was sitting in had a hive in it. :( But I kinda had to learn to live with them, 'cause they're all around my house.
I like frogs! :D I used to keep them~
I like snakes too, but I don't have one. <3

Plus I couldn't kill anything myself, not even bugs. :( So I can't just squish 'em when they annoy me.

Gintoki
12-02-2011, 09:02 PM
Thats why I hate ladybugs. They always come in swarms when it gets warm out, and if you kill them they make a bad smell and it attracts even more of them...Leave me alone!

I hate spiders too, always have. They are gross and creepy!!! If I see a big one unexpectedly I am prone to scream like a girl and run away. very manly of me. but then I go back and kill it somehow, or get someone else to do it. I also think parasites like ticks are incredibly disgusting.

also, froggies are cute!! =D

Spiders have always been my #1 fear since I was little. They creep me the hell out. Put one that's bigger than a quarter in front of me and I'll most likely scream and run far far away.

Frogs on the other hand have been my all-time favorite animal for as long as I can remember. They're so adorable and awesome, especially the Poison Dart Frogs which are all just gorgeous.

I absolutely positively hate bees. Aside from the fact that I'm rather allergic to them, their buzzing sound is so annoying.
Spiders are... depends what kind. Those small ones are rather harmless and they usually take only a small corner of a room so I don't bother them... :p

I hate spiders as well, i'm not so sure of screaming like a little girl...i don't think i've ever done that, but they do creep me out, pretty much any creepy crawlers creep me out....i was sitting cross-legged on the floor a few days ago, organizing my stacks of magazines and a silverfish ran right beside me and i literally jumped and fell to the side..... x______x

Im neutral with spiders don't hate'em don't love'em. My fears are on a more personal level of losing someone I hold dear. I had to experience that once and I don't want it to happen again.

I like spiders. I hate flies. Hate them to the point I'll catch them and trap them in my pet toad's tank. My toad will eat those flies like they're nothing.
I used to catch flies and throw them into spider webs for the spiders to eat them, before I had a toad.

I dont really dislike them. I dont kill them when i see them. I will only catch them and throw them outside if they are too many making their webs in my house. Spiders are helpful xD
Frogs??? EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEW!

my room have lots of visitors at night...
I get mosquitos...beetles...moths...bees...

I've heard about that weird myth where people swallow an average of 4 spiders in their sleep every year. I don't think it's actually true, though.

Spiders kind of creep me out. The really small ones are okay, but the larger ones make me uneasy about being in the same room, and even looking at pictures the giant hairy ones makes me feel queasy. Blegh, eight hairy legs are too many...XP

That's actually just an urban(/Internet) legend

If something crawls in your ear. You'll probably know it. Your inner ear canal is sensitive to things. So if something's in there you might feel pain.

Don't worry about it. Insects tend to be nutritious and can contain high protein depending on size. :p
So if you're ever hungry and stranded in the middle of nowhere, it's a safe to bet you can eat that insect crawling up your leg. :D
Even spiders are safe to eat, unless they're poisonous. But most aren't.

It's probably better to have them cooked. Yum yum. :D

I'm pretty bad with bugs to begin with, and I'm almost scared death from looking at tarantulas. I haven't dealt with any large spiders in my life, so I'm still alive.

The only thing that scares me more are those centipedes. Look at all those legs. *Shudder*

Pretty much anything alive wouldn't be alive long in the case you did accidentally swallow it.

Except roaches, because they're immune to more or less everything. :trollface

Lol, what's going on? Why we talking about licking shoes now?
Well, if you don't want spiders anywhere in your home, try to keep other insects and bugs from entering your home. It'll reduce the amount of spiders, since they can detect where other insects and bugs are. Also, they'll have nothing to eat and will die before they can spawn spider babies.

Only spiders I probably be afraid of are aggressive poisonous ones. Would be terrible to be bitten by those without knowing they're living with you.

PringlesXD

Dusty Starr

Oh, I really do not like spiders. :( I try to ignore them, or if it is one that I know is not poisonous, I try to release it outside, but I just do not like them around me. However, even with dangerous ones, I feel so guilty squishing them, to where I usually do not want to. :(

Anyways, the bug I am most scared of is... crane flies. :( Horrible. Terrifying. Keep them the heck away from me!

Shoot that Way
12-07-2011, 11:13 AM
Crane flies don't do anything, they feed on nectar.

Human Botflies. Omg...never want one anywhere near me. Or even want to be near one. They are the WORSE insects in the world!
They lay eggs in mammals. So their larvas are parasite inside mammals. We are on their list of mammals.

Think about it. Having something crawling around under your skin until it turns into a fly.(Then it crawls out of you)

Rena from Higurashi had botfly larva in her neck. How nice crawling out of her neck every time she scratched herself in the neck. They were literally thousands and the only thing they did when they went outside was to enter her wound right back up to her bloodstream. Awww the memories:p

I'll use every spider and toad/frog in the world to kill those human botlies. D:

For ants. I don't really care. I was in Vietnam this summer and was bit by a bunch of ants. The stinging lasted for at least 20 minutes, and it left my skin sensitive for about an hour.
Was also bit by some unknown spider that left my whole arm swelling and aching. But I didn't mind it too much. Though, maybe my apathy at the time was really high, so I didn't really care about any of those events
